Australian Transport Insurance (ATI) staff and Graeme Phillips Road Transport Insurance (GPRTI) staff were defamed by Graeme Phillips. Graeme Phillips was convicted of Contempt of Court for spreading lies that these persons were criminals.
These defamed staff then took legal action against Graeme Phillips to expose in the Court that Graeme Phillips was a liar and a criminal.
The victims of Graeme Phillips defamation and named in Court proceedings were: RAYMOND BERTRAM BARTLETT; JOSEPH McNEANY, CHRISTOPHER FRANK ALDERTON, MARY ROGERS AND LES CLARKE.
